1. Processing

Custom orders take approximately four to six weeks. If you need your order more quickly, please contact us. For more information on the custom order process, visit this page. You will be informed as soon as your order is shipped.

2. Handmade pieces
Each piece is made by hand and can therefore have slight variations. Tarnishing is a natural process that all items made of sterling silver undergo. Tarnished parts can be restored to their original luster by polishing.

SIZING
It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. Ill-fitting jewel due to incorrect measurements will result in a resizing fee of $ 150 plus shipping costs.

3. Buying
All payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay for your purchase by credit card or debit without even having a PayPal account. For orders delivered in the province of Quebec, GST and QST sales taxes will apply. For orders from other Canadian provinces, the sales tax will be applied as prescribed by law. Taxes are calculated automatically at checkout.

SHIPPING
Items will be shipped to the address provided by PayPal. Make sure your PayPal address is correct and up-to-date. Lost items and shipping costs incurred due to incorrect information are the sole responsibility of the customer. We can not ship to PO Boxes. For faster shipping, please contact us by email.

INTERNATIONAL
Buyers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, local taxes and fees that may be incurred when importing jewelry. If you refuse to pay these fees and the items are returned to us, a 25% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable merchandise.

PACKAGING
All parts are sold in a protective box with our official brand. A polishing cloth is included to keep the jewelry luster.
4. Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to accept the exchange or return of parts of our regular inventory. Simply contact us within 10 days of receiving your order for instructions on how to initiate an exchange or return. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. As all items are made to order, a 25% restocking fee is applied to all returns, except for returns due to an error on our part or when items have been damaged during shipping, in which case you will be fully refunded.

Custom, custom-made, promotional and on-sale items can not be returned and are not refundable. All deposits and shipping charges are fully non-refundable. Buyers pay return shipping costs, which must include a tracking number and proper insurance. Shipments “refused”, “returned to sender” or return without notice will not be refunded.
5. Repairs
For any repairs, please contact us by email. Be sure to provide us with a description of the problem including one or more photos. If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the jewel at no cost. If the damage is accidental or due to natural wear, you will be charged a minimum fee for repairs. Customers are responsible for all shipping and insurance charges to and from our studio.
6. Storage of your jewelry
Tarnishing is a natural process that all items made of sterling silver undergo. Special care must be taken to slow the tarnishing and oxidation of silver jewelry. Their frequent cleaning and polishing will help maintain their luster.

Always store your jewelry individually in bags or boxes to avoid excessive scratching and tarnishing.
